What are the benefits of Massage?

Massage helps to increase circulation, reduce stress and tension, helps you recover faster from athletic training and events, and helps to manage pain and injury.

What kinds of Massage do you offer?

Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage.

How long will my session last?

Session lengths can be 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes long. I recommend that your first session be at least 60 so we have enough time discuss and pain or injury, areas of tension, training goals, and session expectations you may have.

Are Gift Certificates available?

Yes! Gift Certificates are a wonderful gift to give for any occasion; birthday, anniversary, Valentine's Day, or Christmas. You can order on line and have it mailed, to either you or the recipient, or you can pick it up, or you can come in and purchase and pick up at the same time. The choice is yours.

What are your hours?

Monday, Wednesday & Friday...............12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday.........................10:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
